Pay Basics

• Pay period: Monday 12:01 AM through Sunday 11:59 PM
• Pay frequency: Every Friday for the prior pay period
• Pay types: Base hourly wage, eligible tips, and any overtime per law

Paychecks and Direct Deposit

• Distribution: Friday via direct deposit to your bank or a company‑issued check
• Check pickup: Collect paper checks from the office with the MoD after 2 PM on Friday, or on your next scheduled shift
• Setup or changes: Request through your manager
• View details: Track deposits, wages, overtime, and tips in 7shifts
• Who to contact (payroll issues): Talk to the MoD first for same‑day fixes. If unresolved, escalate to the General Manager

Tip Declaration — 100% Required

Declare all tips when clocking out: cash, tip‑outs from coworkers, and credit card tips

• Accuracy matters. Under‑reporting can trigger additional payroll tax withholding and legal consequences
• Questions or discrepancies: Escalate to the MoD before leaving the building

Clock In and Clock Out

• Clock in before starting any work
• Clock out when your shift ends
• If you miss a punch: Notify a manager immediately so they can correct it
