Keep your profile updated in 7shifts. Before your first training shift, complete all assigned onboarding tasks and provide required identification.

Breaks

• Breaks are not guaranteed due to service volume. Coordinate with the MoD for reasonable timing when possible.
• Minors: mandatory 30-minute break for every 5 hours. No exceptions.

Leaving Our Team

Please provide two weeks’ notice when possible. This helps scheduling, hiring, and training, and supports a smooth transition.

Rehire Procedures

• Former employees may reapply at any time.
• Rehires are evaluated using standard hiring procedures.
• Seniority and related benefits do not carry over; onboarding steps must be completed again.
